The Company has been notified that, on 8 April 2019, Philip Swatman, the Chairman of the Board, and his wife, each acquired 12,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 97.5 pence per ordinary share.
Following the above purchases, Mr Swatman and persons closely associated with him hold 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
