("Eddie Stobart" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 28 April 2017 that, on that day, Philip Swatman, Non-Executive Chairman, and Rosemary Swatman, a person closely associated with Mr Swatman, sold in aggregate 25,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at a price of 162 pence per share, and repurchased in aggregate 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 162.1 pence per share, in order to transfer the shares between legal holdings. There is no change to the total number of shares held by Mr Swatman and his persons closely associated as a result of these transactions.
Following the sale and repurchase, Mr Swatman and his persons closely associated hold 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
