Total Voting Rights
As at 27 August 2021, the total issued share capital of Esken consists of 1,025,336,741 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (with each ordinary share having one vote). No shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights of the Company as at 27 August 2021 is therefore 1,025,336,741 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
