Application for Block Listing of Shares

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 398,786 Ordinary Shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following scheme in connection with, and in advance of, the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the Company by Becketts Bidco Limited pursuant to a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, which was approved by Euromoney Shareholders on 8 September 2022:

Admission of the Shares is expected on 21 November 2022.
When issued the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
