Corporate Update
Further to the announcement of 3 July 2015 the Company announces that in line with his statutory duty, the Examiner appointed to REACT (and its related companies) today presented to the High Court in Dublin for consideration a scheme of arrangement previously approved by shareholders and a majority of creditors (the "Scheme").
The High Court Judge has set Tuesday 14 July 2015 as the date for the final confirmation hearing at which the Court will make a final decision on the approval of the Scheme.
