EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), a global technology innovator powering distributed, decarbonised, new energy infrastructure through its waste-to-value solutions for hydrogen, biofuels, and energy generation announces that Yoel S. Alemán Méndez ("Yoel Alemán"), Chief Technical Officer, has purchased 15,000,000 ordinary shares of ?0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 0.06 pence per Ordinary Share.
Accordingly, Yoel Alemán's total holding in the Company is 200,791,970 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.74 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Yoel Alemán is interested in, in aggregate, 114,935,888 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company.
