Pledging of shares
Kedco plc, ("Kedco" or the "Company") the waste to energy group focusing on the production of clean energy in the UK, Ireland and Eastern Europe, announces today that Mr Diarmuid Lynch, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, pledged 21,294,186 ordinary shares of the Company on 18 April 2011, equivalent to 8.34% of the total issued share capital.
