Epwin Group Plc announces that Mr Brian Kennedy, a substantial shareholder, has notified the Company that on 18 December 2014 he transferred 20,250,000 ordinary shares of £0.05 ("Ordinary Shares") at 99 pence per share to his wife, Mrs Christine Kennedy.
Following this transfer, Mr Kennedy's interests in the Company (including related parties) remain unchanged at 20,250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 15 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
