Earthport PLC29 March 2006 Earthport plc ("Earthport" or the "Company") 29 March 2006 Exercise of Warrants Conversion of Loan Notes Issue of New Shares Increase in Shareholding in the Company Millenium Global High Yield Fund Limited has increased its shareholding in theCompany by exercising Warrants over 1,196,172 new Ordinary shares of 10p each ata price of 41.8p per Share and by converting £1,000,000 of Loan Notes No 3 2004into 2,394,737 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 41.8p per Share. The exercise of the warrants has raised a further £500,000 for the Company. As a result of the exercise of the Warrants and the conversion of the LoanNotes, Millenium Global High Yield Fund Limited is the beneficial owner of4,305,194 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company representing approximately13.4% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital. As a result of this exercise 3,590,909 new Ordinary Shares have been issued andallotted and application has been made for them to be admitted to trading on AIMon Tuesday 4 April 2006. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesin the Company.
