Increase in Notifiable Shareholding
The Company has been informed that H U Investments, L.L.C. has increased its holding in the Company to 8,085,605 Ordinary Shares. As a result, the notifiable shareholding of H U Investments, L.L.C. is now 10.02% of the issued Share Capital.
The number of Ordinary Shares in issue is unchanged at 80,657,411.
