Replacement: The following announcement replaces the Exercise of Warrants announcement released on 8 January 2009 under RNS number 2959L. The Company clarifies that post the exercise of the warrants, Kenny Shovell beneficially owns 3,200,000 10p ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.92 per cent of the ordinary share capital.

Exercise of Warrants
Warrant Holders have exercised Warrants, which expired on 31 December 2008,over 1,022,380 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at 35p per share, realising £357,833 for the Company.
As a result application has been made for 1,022,380 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to AIM on Friday 9 January 2009.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
Following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 81,679,791 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with voting rights.
This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company, to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
Following the exercise of Warrants the Notifiable Shareholders are:
