Earthport, the global payments utility, announces that following its announcement of 1 November 2010 concerning the placing of 62,500,000 10p ordinary shares ("Shares") in the Company and their subsequent admission to AIM, Zafar Karim, Chief Financial Officer, is now interested in 860,087 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.44% of the entire issued share capital having subscribed for 416,667 Shares in the placing.
