Purchase of shares / PDMR Shareholding
Earthport plc (AIM: EPO.L) today announces that Hank Uberoi (Executive Chairman) bought on Monday, 21st May 2018 in the open market 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.1 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this, Mr Uberoi's aggregate controlled interest in Earthport totals to 28,158,120 ordinary shares, representing 4.52 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
