Earthport PLC24 October 2007 24 October 2007 Earthport plc ('Earthport' or the 'Company') Conversion of Loan Stock and Issue of Equity Earthport, the specialist electronic payments company, announces that followingthe receipt of a valid conversion notice on 22 October 2007 and as a result ofthe conversion of £125,000 Convertible Loan Notes No. 1 2005, 299,043 newOrdinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, priced at 41.8p per Ordinary Share,have been issued and allotted. Interest accruing on these loan notes amounting to £11,458.37, has beensatisfied by the allotment of 38,194 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each in theCompany, priced at 30p per Ordinary Share, which have issued and allotted. Application has been made for 337,237 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Companyto be admitted to AIM on Monday 29 October 2007. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesin the Company. Following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued sharecapital will consist of 64,956,064 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with votingrights.
