(LSE: AIM: ENVS and ENV for Reg S and unrestricted commonstock respectively) Transfer of Shares from Reg S Line (ENVS) to Unrestricted Line (ENV) andadmission to CREST Enova announces that effective from Thursday 26 July 2007, two years afterEnova's admission to the AIM Market, the 'ENOVA (REG S)' no par value commonshares under ISIN USU292791030 (symbol: "ENVS"), which were issued on theCompany's admission to the AIM Market, will become eligible for resale into theUS without restrictions. Accordingly, the Company has applied to the AIM Market for the following sharesto be transferred from the Reg S line, trading under ENVS, to the Unrestrictedline trading under ENV (ISIN US29355M2008), which is expected to become effective at 8 a.m. on 26 July 2007. Any existing CREST depositary interest holders will receive the equivalent number of issuer sponsored depositary interests once this iseffective. It is expected that the issuer sponsored depositary interest willbecome effective in August 2007.
