The following amendment should be made to the Form 8 (DD) - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC announcement released at 14.11 BST today.
In section 3c the wording for the option transaction has been changed from ‘purchased’ to ‘closed’.
All other details remain unchanged.
The full corrected version is shown below.
The Panel Executive has agreed on an ex-party basis that the dealings indicated below, which were executed as a result of the closure of a client position, have no Code consequences.
