Transactions in own shares

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents on the London Stock Exchange through Credit Suisse International as part of its US$100 million share buyback programme announced on 10 August 2021.

Time of transaction: 08:00 to 16:30

Highest price per share 204.5000

Lowest price per share 201.6000

Weighted average price per share 203.0314

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 126,362,460 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,415,432,310 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). (Note: This figure takes into account the transfer from treasury of 428,224 ordinary shares on 1 October 2021 in order to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme).

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 17,551,460 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 212.0122 pence per share.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
