El Oro And Exploration Co Plc20 June 2007 El Oro and Exploration Company plc ("El Oro" or the "Company") 20 June 2007 Directors Shareholding El Oro and Exploration Company plc was informed on 19 June 2007 of the followingpurchases of stock units by directors of the Company on 18 June 2007 as follows: Mr. CRW Parish, an executive director of the Company, purchased 1,746 ordinary5p stock units in the Company at £7.05 per stock unit. This purchase comprises: • 656 stock units purchased on his own account • 90 stock units purchased on behalf of his child who is a minor; and • 1,000 stock units purchased on behalf of family trust and that Mr CRW Parish is a trustee of. Following these dealings: Mr CRW Parish has a beneficial holding in the Company, following thenotification of this purchase, of 909,440 stock units representing 8.4% of theCompany together with a non-beneficial holding of 1,579,048 stock units,representing 14.7% of the Company.
