Electra Private Equity plc ("Electra") notes the two announcements issued by Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited in the afternoon of 25 February 2015, one relating to a letter sent by Sherborne Investors Management (Guernsey) LLC to Roger Yates, Chairman of Electra, and the other relating to a proposed placing by Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited.

Electra confirms the receipt of the letter in which Mr. Bramson requested a meeting. Roger Yates has agreed to this meeting on a date yet to be set.

Electra will make a further announcement if and when appropriate.
