Epiris completes the sale of Treetops Nurseries
Further to the announcement of 30 March 2017, Epiris is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of Treetops Nurseries to Busy Bees.
Electra Private Equity PLC has received proceeds from the sale of £94 million. This equates to a return of 6.5x cost and an IRR of 59%.
Epiris refers to Epiris Managers LLP acting on behalf of its client Electra Private Equity PLC.
