The payment of dividends for the financial year 2024 by Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A.

Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A. (Electrica or the Company) informs its shareholders that, following the resolution of the ordinary general meeting of the shareholders (OGMS) dated 29 April 2025, will pay the dividends for the financial year 2024, through Depozitarul Central S.A. and the payment agent BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A., starting 27 June 2025 (Payment Date), with ex‑date on 3 June 2025, to Electrica's shareholders, registered within the Shareholders' Register held by Depozitarul Central on the registration date of 4 June 2025 (Registration Date).

The value of the gross dividend is RON 0.1767 per share, and the tax on dividend will be withheld by applying the appropriate legal tax rates, if applicable.
