East Imperial plc, the global purveyor of ultra-premium beverages, today announces that Charles Caminada will step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee, with effect from 28 February 2022.
Following his departure, Colin Henry will become Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee.
