EFG Hermes Announces the Distribution of Bonus Shares
EFG Hermes Holding announces the following:
The increase of the Company's issued capital from EGP 3,074,472,890 to EGP 3,843,091,115 with an amount of EGP 768,618,225 by issuing 153,723,645 bonus shares as per the AGM resolutions held on 6th May 2018. This increase will be financed from the legal reserve account as presented in the financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2017.
The Company will distribute approximately 1 bonus share for every 4 shares held by each shareholder with a dividend date "Record Date" 11th July 2018 and an ex-dividend date "Ex-Date" 12th July 2018.
