Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 8 January 2009 that Spearpoint Limited ("Spearpoint"), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 3,302,821 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 17.03% of the shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 1,420,321 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.32% of the issued share capital, are held on behalf of customers of Spearpoint on a discretionary managed basis.
In addition, Spearpoint has a discretionary mandate over a further 375,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.93% of the issued share capital, which are not registered in Secure Nominees Limited.
