On 14 December 2015, the Company was notified that following a purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 December 2015 at 50.15p per Ordinary Share, Mr Martin Adams is beneficially interested (directly or indirectly) in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The percentage shown above is based on the Company's issued share capital of 15,551,250 Ordinary Shares.
