The Company was notified onΒ 3 FebruaryΒ 2009Β that onΒ 2 FebruaryΒ 2009Β Hargreave Hale LimitedΒ acquiredΒ 100,000 ordinary shares in Egdon Resources ("Ordinary Shares"). Following theΒ acquisitionΒ Hargreave Hale Limited are interested inΒ 13,090,500Β Ordinary Shares representingΒ 19.08Β per cent. of the issued shares capital. 9,300,000 of these shares are forΒ unit trustsΒ operated by Marlborough Fund Managers Ltd, for which Hargreave Hale manages the investments on a discretionary basis. The remaining balance is held on behalf of other discretionary clients.
