On behalf of the entire Group, the Board would like to extend its heartfeltcondolences to Richard's wife and their family. Michael Heller, Chairman of EDP, said: "It is difficult to overstate the significant contribution that Richard made tobuilding EDP over 37 years. His enthusiasm was tireless. He led thetransformation of the Group from a computer bureau, through a hardware seller tonow a software and services business enjoying growing success. At the same timehe has developed a loyal and capable team around him."
