Edenville was notified on 24th October 2011 that Simon Rollason, Chairman of the Company, acquired 2,660,603 ordinary shares at a price of 0.37p, resulting in a holding of 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company. Simon Rollason has no previous holding in the Company.
Edenville was also notified on 21stΒ October 2011 that Sally Schofield, a non- executive director of the Company, acquired 1,319,261 ordinary shares at a price of 0.379p, as a result of this transaction, Sally Schofield holds a total of 1,319,261 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
