The Company announces that Kevin Falconer is stepping down as a non-executive director of the Company following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 17 August 2017 having served for just over six and a half years.

The Chairman of the Board, Sir Robin Miller, said, "Kevin has worked hard in the interests of the shareholders and on their behalf I thank him for his diligence and expertise."
