Edge PerformanceΒ VCT plcΒ (the "Company")Β announcesΒ thatΒ itΒ hasΒ published a Prospectus to raise up to, in aggregate,Β Β£10m throughΒ anΒ offer for subscription (the "Offer"), with an over allotment facility of a further Β£10 million.Β The Company has also published a circular to shareholders in respect of the Offer (the "Circular")
The OfferΒ will openΒ at 8am onΒ 28Β NovemberΒ 2008Β andΒ isΒ expected to close at 5pm on 3 April 2009Β (or an earlier date on which fully subscribed), unless previously brought forward or extended. The Offer is for up to, in aggregate,Β 10,000,000Β EΒ ordinary shares of 10Β pence eachΒ ("EΒ Shares"), to be issued at a price of Β£1.00 each.
