Offer for Subscription
Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has published a Prospectus to raise up to, in aggregate, £10m through an offer for subscription (the "Offer"), with an over allotment facility of a further £10 million. The Company has also published a circular to shareholders in respect of the Offer (the "Circular")
The Offer will open at 8am on 28 November 2008 and is expected to close at 5pm on 3 April 2009 (or an earlier date on which fully subscribed), unless previously brought forward or extended. The Offer is for up to, in aggregate, 10,000,000 E ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("E Shares"), to be issued at a price of £1.00 each.
