Edge Performance VCT plc ("the Company")
Offer for Subscription of up to 10,000,000 E Shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 100p each payable in full on subscription
The Board of Directors of Edge Performance VCT plc is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 28 November 2008, 382,802 E shares of 10 pence each were allotted in the Company on 15 June 2009 at a price of 100p per share.
Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by Edge Performance VCT plc now total 9,858,732 E shares. Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 6,400,640 ordinary shares, 13,328,599 C shares, 19,228,838 D shares and 9,858,732 E shares.
Application is now being made for the admission of the 382,802 E shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities, which is expected to take place at the earliest practical opportunity.
