An investment of £850,000 has been made in a new independent live event promoterMartha and George Productions Limited ("Martha and George"). The company isheaded by Clive Black who was formerly Managing Director of EMI Records. Following completion of the investment, Edge Performance now holds 50% of theissued share capital in Martha and George. Martha and George has entered intoco-promotion arrangements with SJM Limited which is also a shareholder. SJM isa leading independent UK concert promoter which has promoted concerts by artistsincluding Take That, Oasis, Dido, Coldplay, Keane, Joss Stone, David Gray, DuranDuran, Franz Ferdinand and Green Day.
