Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Simpson as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from Friday, 23 May 2014.
David Simpson is a qualified solicitor and was a partner at KPMG for 15 years, culminating as Global Head of M&A. Before that he spent 15 years in investment banking, latterly at Barclays de Zoete Wedd Ltd.
The following additional information is disclosed in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules:
1. There are no details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R
2. As at today's date Mr David Simpson had a beneficial interest in 40,395 Ordinary Shares of the Company.
