In his new role Mr MacDonald will focus on identifying andexecuting strategic opportunities, with particular emphasis on acquisitions andproject investments. Mr. MacDonald has over the past month transitioned hisresponsibilities as Chief Financial Officer to James Thompson, who joinedEcoSecurities' Board on 23 January 2008.
