The Company has been notified that Peter Johnson, Chairman, has today acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.

The shares were acquired at a price of 234.5p.

Peter Johnson now holds 100,000 shares in the Company, which represent less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
