Electrocomponents Plc - Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') Award
Electrocomponents Plc (the 'Company') announces that the following conditional award of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') was made to the Executive Directors of the Company under the Company's LTIP on 9 July 2008:
Ian Mason (Group Chief Executive) 220,000 Shares
Simon Boddie (Group Finance Director) 110,000 Shares
No consideration is payable for the Shares. Vesting of the Shares will normally take place after three years, conditional on satisfaction of the performance condition.
The Company was notified on 9 July 2008 of this transaction in accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R.
