Dealings by Directors/PDMRs

The Company has been notified that the following Director, Karen Guerra, a Non‑Executive Director, acquired on 12 March 2013, 7,525 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.

The shares were acquired at a price of 265.3p. 

Karen Guerra now holds 7,525 shares in the Company, which represent less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was notified of this transaction in accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R.
