Grant of Options
On 24 June 2015, options were granted in Oxford to participating employees to buy ordinary shares of 10 pence (Shares) in Electrocomponents plc (the Company) at an option price of 191p, under the terms of the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme (Scheme).
Included in this grant were options over 15,706 Shares granted to Lindsley Ruth (Group Chief Executive) at an option price of 191p.
Lindsley's savings contract is due to mature on 1 September 2020, after which the options will normally become exercisable for six months in accordance with the rules of the Scheme.
This announcement relates to transactions notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
