AGM Trading and Business Update

Chris Batterham, Chairman of Eckoh, will provide the following trading statement at the Company's AGM later today:

"I am pleased to report that the Company has continued its progress seen in recent years and has been successful in securing a number of new contract wins in the early months of the new financial year.

In August, we were pleased to announce a number of new contract wins for our CallGuard solution that demonstrated the international demand for the solution with implementations taking place in Morocco, USA, Canada and South Africa. We continue to receive enquiries for the solution from all over the world. We have also seen particular international interest in our newly launched Haloh Audio Tokenisation secure payment solution, having already secured our first contract in the UK with Sensée, an outsourcer specialising in homeworkers, on behalf of one of its new customers.

Sales pipeline activity remains high with a particular acceleration in enquiries from the US subsidiary since the end of the summer period.

We have today separately announced a three year contract to provide CallGuard for the Co-operative Group following a competitive tender, further demonstrating that high quality organisations are prioritising the protection of their customers' credit card data.

Eckoh typically sees a strong second half trading performance following the delivery of contracts won in the first half along with seasonal volume increases for many long standing Eckoh clients. This trend is expected to be repeated in the 2015/6 financial year. We remain confident that the high levels of growth seen in previous years will continue through the new financial year and beyond with current trading remaining in line with market expectations."
