Director's Dealing

The Board announces that it has been notified by Alan Thomas, Non-Executive Director, that he has today undertaken a Bed & ISA transaction of 200,000 ordinary shares. Mr Thomas sold 200,000 ordinary shares at 2 pence per share and immediately re-purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2.015 pence per share.

Accordingly, Mr Thomas' interest in the Company remains unchanged and he holds 500,000 ordinary shares, being 0.48 per cent. Of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
