Retirement of a Director

The Company today announces that Tim James, having reached the age of 65, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. To facilitate an orderly transition, Mr James will continue on a part time basis as Chief Financial Officer until such time as a new Financial Director is appointed to the Board.
