Independent Resources PLC10 April 2007 Independent Resources plc Annual Report and Accounts On November 17, 2006, the Company filed its first annual report since beingadmitted to AIM, incorporating results for the period from incorporation to 30September 2006. Due to an administrative error, Companies House has obliged thecompany to file accounts for the period from incorporation to 30 June 2006. This is an administrative matter only. Apart from the period covered, the 30June accounts are consistent with the published 30 September 2006 accountsalready laid before shareholders. The 30 June 2006 accounts are now available on the company's website,www.ir-plc.com. They will be laid before shareholders at the next AGM. The interim accounts as at 31 March 2007 will be announced in the usual way, nolater than 15 June 2007.
