Ebiquity, the data-driven marketing insights specialist, announces that after 16 years as a Director of the company he helped to create, Paul Adams is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect and retiring from the company with effect from the end of March 2014.

Paul joined what was then called Thomson Intermedia, just six months after it was founded in 1997 and played a key role in the creation and subsequent flotation of the business in 2000. In recent years, he has led the integration of a number of acquisitions, driven efficiency programmes in global data capture, and developing technology to transform the way our Media teams work.

Michael Greenlees, Group CEO, commented: -

"Paul has made an important contribution to Ebiquity during his long tenure, having played a key role in creating the company on which it has been built and subsequently working alongside me to build the business we have today.
