The Board had apositive meeting with Refco yesterday morning during which Refco outlined itsproposals regarding the Offer.The Board of EasyScreen welcomed the approach by Refco, a company which is partof a group with whom it has had a beneficial long term joint venture. Followinga review, the Board of EasyScreen has come to the conclusion that it needs asuccessful strategic partner with a strong financial balance sheet to fullydevelop its potential and has been actively exploring its options in thisregard.
