2014 Annual Report and Accounts

Energy Assets Group plc (LSE: EAS.L), the largest independent provider of industrial and commercial (I&C) gas metering services in the UK[1], today announces that copies of the following documents have been posted to shareholders and are also available on the Company's website at www.energyassets.co.uk.

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014;

· Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 September 2014 at 9.30am; and

· Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting. 

These documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection on its website at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

A condensed set of Energy Assets' financial statements was included in the preliminary results announcement released on 10 June 2014 (see http://www.energyassets.co.uk/eag-news-docs).
