Annual General Meeting 2012
The 2012 Annual General Meeting of e2v technologies took place today, Wednesday 25 July 2012 at 11.00 at Investec, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP. All resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting and put to the meeting were duly passed.
