DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure, courier and logistics services, has been notified that Canburg Limited has appointed Alistair Gareth Wardell and Lucy Winterborne of Grant Thornton UK LLP to act as its administrators.
Ian Gray, a Non-Executive Director of DX, was a director of Canburg Limited from 18 September 2018 to 30 November 2018 and this announcement is being made by DX in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
