Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Paul Withers, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of Devro ("Shares"), on 18 December 2012 at a price of 309.908 pence per Share.

Following the purchase, Paul Withers now holds 70,000 Shares representing 0.0423% of the issued share capital of the Company.
