Devro plc announces that Sarah Voaden, Group HR Director and PDMR, has advised the Company that on 9 April 2019 she exercised a nil-price option over 7,261 Devro plc 10p Ordinary Shares ("Shares") under the Devro 2009 Deferred Share Bonus Plan, and on 10 April 2019 sold 7,261 Shares at 184 pence per share.
