Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development plc (the "'Company")
Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 3 February 2016 from J&T Securities Management Limited that on 15 January 2016 their shareholding in the Company exceeded 10% as a result of a purchase of shares in the Company.
Following this share purchase, J&T Securities Management Limited now holds 11,687,200 shares in the Company representing 10.6868% of the issued share capital of the Company.
